In the Star Command Cartoon, Binipinardia was supposed to be A rocky planetoid, Binipinardia served as a sort of storage vault for a gas capable of 'devolving' beings. The vault was guarded by the Binipinardians until they allowed their protective mental energies to lapse, giving Warp Darkmatter an opportunity to move in and begin harvesting the gas.
