This design got stuck in my head though I have the sneaking suspicion I maybe remembering another persons design for some reason. How disheartening...But ninjas are cool. This is Smokeman. He is a ninja robot. Who can produce thick smoke and hide in it. He has this love-hate thing with Kiaiwoman
