I was thinking about my Wily bot line and decided that Naga Woman didn't really fit all too well. The line already has two female animal-themed robot masters, one of which is also based off a mythological creature. But that garnered the question who'd replace her?

Well I was thinking Icicle Woman but a stray thought popped into my head; Sleep/Dream Witch!
While Somnia didn't really end up very witch like in the end I guess, I am actually pretty content with how she turned out.

Her weapon induces sleepiness in her targets but push come to shove she can force another robot to enter sleep mode. Generally this only lasts as long as it takes for a robot to wake up from said sleep mode, but in battle those few seconds can turn the tides in her favor. Plus I imagine it'd be rather disorienting to suddenly fall asleep only to just as suddenly wake up.
Somnia can't really spam her ability due to how energy intensive it is. Likewise the weapon Megaman would get would eat up weapon energy like nobodies business but in exchange, it is effectively a stun that works on any mook, making them stop moving and drop their defenses. However it is only really effective against Luck Woman in terms of boss fights. I'm not sure whether the other bosses no sell it or just snap out of it way faster making it kind of a waste.

Personality wise, she's probably the genuinely nicest of my Wily bots. Very motherly and gentle. But she's prone to entering sleep mode quickly and exiting it slowly. She even sleep walks-er, floats? Either way, Somnia is a good listener and is more then happy to help.
