EvilSnail1 In reply to Nikkydog [2018-06-23 21:55:58 +0000 UTC]
That's called a clickbait article. I assure you it's not real, and the Erins are in charge of their own wiki, so it's the most reliable source about family trees. Morningflower's mate was never specified, and the relationships between kin is much stronger in Windclan than it is in Thunderclan, where inbreeding is frequent. Windclan cats seem to HIGHLY frown upon that (and for good reason).
Morningflower is Onestar's littermate, and their mother was Wrenflight who was Palebird's daughter who was ALSO Tallstar's mother. Wrenflight and Tallstar do not share fathers, which is made explicitly clear in the books.
Instead of reading articles, try reading the books. They are the most reliable source along with the wiki page (ironic, but it's true and there are very rarely any errors there).

if wrenflight is Tallstar's half sister and morningflower is her kit then wouldn't that make him her half uncle? not half brother? And plus.... the Erins do things like that for example; Dustpelt and Ferncloud. And some of the books don't show enough info

That was my bad. But regardless, read the books. Thunderclan doesn't see kinship like Windclan and Riverclan.

Ashfoot is siblings with Onestar. Ashfoot is Deadfoot's mate and had Crowfeather. Breezepelt is Crowfeather's son. Onestar and Whitetail had a kit which they named Heatherkit, who becomes Heathertail. Heathertail and Breezepelt had kits. It's um....

well humans don't know everything. Only God does. And its confusing how he would make animals gay, right???
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
EvilSnail1 In reply to Nikkydog [2018-06-24 06:59:03 +0000 UTC]
I know right! If God hated gays so much, why would He have animals (including people because evolution is a thing) be gay? Gosh darn, why would He created diseases and allow His children to starve, be raped, and be tortured?
I'm not bashing on religion. My family is Greek Orthodox, and though I am agnostic, I still follow many traditions. I am bashing your extremism. Faith is a good thing when it allows you to be a good person or even have hope during dark times. But clearly in your case, it is feeding ignorance, which is bad. And I feel like you had the misfortune of never being educated about evolution nor rape, which is concerning. Please, you have the internet. Don't just consume what your priest tells you, and do research for yourself.

Nikkydog In reply to EvilSnail1 [2018-06-24 07:03:47 +0000 UTC]
Honestly humans aren't always right.
You are just saying random things that have nothing to do with this.
Why are you talking about rape as if it were nothing?
God punishes people who deserve to be punished.
God is also not in charge of anyone's body or what they do with it.
And please, not everything on the internet is true. Why are you making such a big deal out of it? You don't have to fight someone just for having an opinion, or an opinion that is different from yours. People are their own person. It's okay for them to be different. Why does it matter to you that someone disagrees with you by having an opinion? Are you the only one who can have an opinion? If you are just going to start trouble then I might as well ignore you.

How is talking about rape based off of scientific studies over animal behavior and explaining to you over what it, "...talking about...as if it were nothing,"? Rape is an important discussion to have so people know what it is. It allows victims to know what actually occurred and helps criminals get charged.
Yes, newborn babies who didn't have a chance deserve punishment. Exactly how many times did you have a family member of yours die?
I was giving scientific evidence. I know you are beyond savable, but I want you to open your eyes and realize insulting victims of assault by not even understanding what that is ridiculous. There is a world out there for you to explore and study. And trust me, religion and science go hand in hand. Charles Darwin was going to become a minister for the Church of England, Albert Einstein was a Jew, Galileo Galilei was a devout Catholic.
Different views doesn't go with you completely ignoring facts and what I am saying. That doesn't count. I hope one day you open your eyes.

Nikkydog In reply to EvilSnail1 [2018-06-24 07:19:13 +0000 UTC]
What does rape have to do with any of this, though?
What does "Yes, newborn babies who didn't have a chance deserve punishment. Exactly how many times did you have a family member of yours die?" mean exactly? Innocent people who believe in God go to heaven. God takes them away (and protects them in his kingdom) to teach you a leason.
And you want to know what's ridiculous? You talking about rape how it has nothing to do with this. And what are you talking about? You keep changing the subject. You should open your eyes and see that violence and "cussing people out" is not the right way of teaching people. And look, if it's that big of a deal then I'll delete my comments if it satisfies you, alright?

EvilSnail1 In reply to Nikkydog [2018-06-24 07:32:56 +0000 UTC]
Because I was talking about animal behavior and it's not just people who are "bad". THAT is why I previously talked about it. NOW I am talking about it because you don't even know what it is, and it is VERY important to explain what actually happens during rape so there is less victim blaming and rapists getting away with their crimes.
What it means is that you are saying God punishes the unjust. But how and why is a baby involved in that in NUMEROUS occasions? So God kills a baby to teach a mother a "lesson" about whatever sin she has committed? And then he just sweeps them away? I may just be a filthy, dirty, heavy metal-loving fantasy-game playing sinner, but I prefer life, thank you. It's just as they say, "Heaven for the climate, Hell for the company." Seriously, do you know how BORING it would be to be around goody-two-shoes all the time?
Also, are you wearing two different types of fabrics at once? Do you wear jewelry, makeup, tattoos, ripped jeans? Do you eat pork or shellfish? Do you sit where a menstruating woman has sat? Have you ever said "Zeus" or "Vishnu"? If so, you are a dirty sinner, too. Get used to it. Humans are walking piles of sin.
Well, do whatever you feel like. But first, reread the whole discussion.

Okay first off why are you explaining rape to me? I know what it is. You are not a police. You’ve obviously have never dealt with it, so what would you know? And you don’t believe in God is what you said so you don’t understand Christianity. That is why you are starting this fight for me having a different opinion than you. No. I hate to break it to you but you obliviously don’t understand anything I’m saying not do you understand what you are saying. Read a bible if you want to learn. “Sex is a beautiful thing created by God” “God creates the world in his own image” “Sometimes sacrifices need to be made” God doesn’t kill for no reason. “An innocent baby” won’t go to hell of course. It would just be in a better play, which is heaven. Nobody is perfect. I don’t care what you believe in it doesn’t matter. You don’t need to force people to believe in what you believe or to see things the way you see it. No. I am a virgin. I have no tattoos. Yes I wear makeup because it’s normal, not a sin. I wear ripped jeans and nice clothes because I care about my appearance. How is that sinning? Wanting to feel loved? No. You said you are Greek or whatever. Why should I believe in your fake gods just because you want me and but you are saying that it’s a sin to be different. What do you do other than fight people for being different? Do you do good? Do you make people feel happy? Do you allow people to learn from their mistakes? Or do you just force then to do what you want them to? Everybody is a sinner tbh. And yes you are too. No you are not perfect and neither am I. I have reread all the terrible things that you said. You are offending me. I’m sorry I can’t be what you want me to be but that’s not your choice. Now I am done telling you this. I won’t respond to you. And if you try fighting with me again and talking about very sensitive topics because you probably watch porn, satanic things or whatever i will block you. Because I will not be a weak person and let myself get stepped on by people who care only if their selves and not other peoples’ feelings. Now I am asking you to stop.

Yeah, uh, my family has dealt with it, and it's kind of broad to assume someone hasn't experienced themselves or someone they know go through such an unfortunately common trauma. And I, you know, went to SCHOOL, so I know what it is, especially since I am schooling to become a vet. I asked my relatives about their experiences so I can educate myself. I didn't experience it myself, but that doesn't mean I don't know what it is. You think clothes are part of rape no. Clothes don't HAVE to be involved, and many victims of rape are prostitutes or partners who agreed but then decided not to proceed, but were forced to anyways, both parties may be partially or fully naked.
I do understand Christianity. My family's Greek Orthodox. That is one of THE oldest sects of the religion, which was brought along by Peter himself. However, in Greece, they educate about choices and how the Bible is mainly metaphorical in its tales, teaching lessons through stories that, for the most part, are inaccurate, like Adam and Eve being the only people at one point, making us all practically siblings (which we are all cousins, but the exact date where we share bloodlines of a pair are debated). God didn't punish them because they learned and even lied to him, he punished them because God is flawed and sent them away as they were both immortal with eternal knowledge. He feared them. That is why he sent them away. God is not perfect, and has killed many, many children over the course of the Bible. Never take the Bible literally, as there is no way the Earth was made in seven days. It teaches great lessons, and has to weave tales to teach them, though there are many accuracies in the Bible as well, such as Babylon and how Hebrews fought them frequently. THAT is true.
Also, what the fuck? Greeks were one of the first to convert to Christianity. We didn't worship pagan gods for well over 2000 years (313 A.D. to be exact as to when the nation fully converted, but they were introduced to it in 33 A.D.)! Meanwhile, Germans converted in the 6th century, and St. Patrick arrived in Ireland in around 432 A.D. And Greeks value their history, so we still educate about Greek pagan gods.
In fact, most of The New Testament was created hundreds of years after Jesus. Jesus did actually exist, but him being the son of God is an arguable position, and your religion may or may not be right. I may or may not be right. Who knows? Many of the tales and traditions even layer over pagan traditions (ie. Halloween and Christmas) to get more to convert to Christianity. Jesus was most likely born around August, and not December, and it was moved to December thanks to the Winter Solstice, which was frequently celebrated by many pagan groups.
- “Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. Rather, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight.” Peter 3:3-4
You are a dirty sinner for wearing makeup. Ever wore braids? That was also a sin. Why? Pagans wore such things and Christians wanted to be different from those groups, as well as even trying to insult them for their traditions by saying they weren't allowed thanks to the genocide they endured in the Roman Empire. Call it the middle finger, if you would. And yes, we filthy mountain-loving Greeks still wear braids and jewelry and embrace the human body. Penises and vaginas on all the statues. Check it out. Everyone loves some tasteful nudes.
Also, yes, I watch some dirty, dirty yaoi and I love it. Oh, and I am a girl with short hair (GASP!). I also don't care if you're a virgin or not. Seriously dude, TMI. Do you just announce to everyone, "Hi, I'm ____. I'm a virgin by the way!" Keep your love life to yourself.
Oh yes, shame on me for explaining to you what rape is and that you are going to Hell with everyone else since you are also a sinner since you take everything literally within your text, and thus EVERYTHING must be taken literally within the book. You don't have the privilege to nitpick when you're an extremist, my friend.
