The Clone Trooper nicknamed Dandy, who served in the Grand Army of the Republic Torrent Company alongside Captain Rex during the Clone Wars and in 21 BBY had fought in the Battle of Lanteeb later joined the Anti-Spy Task Force, officially the Counter-Intelligence Task Forceof the Republic Intelligence and Republic Internal Security Office, which later would become the Imperial Intelligence, under Clone Captain Beast, Colonel Hector Tarako and General-Director Armand Isard. Alongside other Lieutenants like Zuvio, Corporal Jodor Rauff as officers and in special unit’s like Isard’s Guard, Suokas Death Squad, or like Dandy in Tarako’s Squad, these Clone Troopers and Clone Pilosts like Lieutenant Karal, Sergeant Wex and others utilized AT-RT, BARC Speeders, LAAT/i, Nu-class attack shuttles, headquartered from the Venator-class Star Destroyer Hound. These elite clones were specialists in stealth, espionage, counterespionage, counter-terrorism and operated legality under the Republic Intelligence which further trained them in unarmed combat, heavy weapons, demolitions, and marksmanship, making them into experts at covering their tracks, leaving little to no evidence of their missions. According to their name, they were use against Separatist spy's and other Anti-Republic rebellion, autonomy, uprising and independence groups, in the Republic worlds and former CIS control worlds, the Galactis Republic, or Empire had retaken. Their Squad was lead by name-giving Agent Timothy Suokas, officer of the Republic Internal Security Office. He was a brutal and violent man, who didn't hesitate to torture, blackmail or kill his prisoners or outsiders and he also use his unit as his bodyguards were within units clone commander, Captain Beast, act his right hand men. Because their brutal acts, like torture and executing prisoners of war and killing civilians, the Confederacy of Independent Systems propaganda and even their own clone brothers viewed them as the Death Squad, who ruined their and Republic name's, which was they were frequently referred to as Suokas death squad, Clone Death Troopers, Terror Troops or Black Bucketheads.

Serving under General-Director Armand Isard, member of Palpatine's inner circle and director of the Republic Intelligence and the Republic Internal Security Office, some of these Clone Troopers also served as personal bodyguards, while colonel Hector Tarako, an Intelligence Officer of the 95th Strike Battalion used the Task Force Clone Troopers as his enforces. With the reorganization of the Galactic Republic into the Galactic Empire, these Clone Troopers Veterans would become Stormtroopers and the Task Force itself would give rise to the Imperial Death Troopers. Republic Loyalists once praised during the Separatist Crisis and the Clone Wars, all the way to the Outer Rim Sieges and the Reconquest of the Rim, suddenly were viewed as traitors by Galactic Empire Centralists, Humanocentrists, Militarists and Moff System supporters, resulting in them becoming the earliest targets and enemies of the new regime. Like the Separatist Holdouts and Remnants encountered by radical Imperials who showed no mercy to them, the Republic Loyalist were quickly treated the same way; assassinated, ambushed, tortured, executed and viewed as enemies of the new Imperial state, even if none of them had changed since the days of the Old Republic. As a result of that Dandy, who in his uniform and civil clothes always dressed stylish and fashionable in the latest Republic/ Imperial Chic, became known for seducing the targets he had to spy upon, or assassinate. With this he became a skilled spy, infiltrator, saboteur and assassin, who would loyally serve the Imperialists against Republicanists and Separatists alike, convinced, that only a strong centralized Empire could bring law and order back to this Galaxy. Dandy was convinced, that the Imperial Way was the only way to archive this alongside unity, peace and stability, as the Old Galactic Republic had proven time and time again, that they were neither up for the task, nor would they ever be capable of doing so. As a result, many fearful since the Separatist Crisis, tired of Republic Bureaucracy, Corruption and Incompetence embraced the Galactic Empire with open arms and envisioned themselves to have a quit good position and status in this new Empire. Especially when they helped it to enforce getting rid of these old failures in the system and in individuals alike.
