At the same time the fall of the PRC/ CPR also had lead to the collapse of the North Korean State, the End of the Kim Regime and the provisional North Korean Republic Government, that slowly worked to integrate the Northern peninsula into the South Korean Republic as a United Korean Republic, once the North Koreans were build up in infrastructure, income and the democratic process to make such a unification not only morally and emotional worthy, but to ensure it would not drag South Korea down trough financial burden and instability. At the same time high ranking North Korean government officials were trialed during the Pyongyang Trials for their crimes against the People of North and South Korea and their endangering of the peace and prosperity in East Asia.

For QM-1 the more interesting part was that without China and Russia as main rivals on Earth, the Americans and later the overall Tau’ri could spend much more resources into the War against the Goa’uld in the Milky Way Galaxy, as well as later against the Replicator, Ori and the Wraith in the Pegasus Galaxy, meaning that their war against these alien threats was sometimes won much faster, in some chases years, even decades ahead of most other dimensions and realities, as the Stargate Command would gain much more additional resources, troops and overall funding and weaponry of the Pentagon since the European Union managed to keep the Russians at bay and the Cooperation of East Asian Pacific Nations (AEAPN) made up by Japan, Untied Korea, Taiwan/ Republic of China (ROC), the Philippines with Vietnam, Tibet, Manchuria and the Inner Mongolian Republic as observers to check and prevent a new expansion of the Han Chinese People’s Republic, or Russia into these East Asian and Western Pacific regions of the world. Clearly that was how the Chinese and Russians saw it while the Americans denied forward bases and claimed to be stationed in these bases as a part of coordinated frequent military training exercises with their local allies.
