Description Strangely enough for the humans of Earth the alien Humans brought some advanced robots with them, droid they called them who assisted them in some tasks and even worked as translators, capable to quickly learn and interpret human Earth languages into what they called Galactic Basic Standard. Shocked and surprised that mankind on Earth was not alone and that with the slow End of the Cold War as some suggested the United States of America might not be the only remaining global power, let alone a superpower in a massively inhabited Galaxy, but rather an industrialized, while still backwater planet in the Galactic Rim’s Unknown Regions. The year of 1991 would be the year mankind made contact with long-lost human civilizations of other worlds, near-humans, the Galactic Republic and the Jedi Order. As Earth did not translate as well for the third planet of this Human System, the Earthlings soon renamed their world to Terra 3, or Terra III, the Sol System to the Terran System, and the United Humanity of Earth became known as the Terrans in the nearby Unknown Regions and the Galactic Republic alike. While some nerds like the Warhammer Fans were quit euphoric about that Star Trek fans were not as thrilled about this renaming. Soon various Galactic Republic diplomatic, economic and even spiritual and independent member worlds and species established contact with Earth as the world known to them as Terra was not very advanced, but not primitive eater, it had especial one thing in it’s favor, massive unused successors in it’s crust and a massive potential Terran customer base. The Jedi Order soon established branches, much to the dislike of many Terran religious cults and sects, who saw the Force as blasphemy, others groups of theirs like Christians, Muslims, Hindu and others used the Force to explain past Saints and wonders alike, creating their own study groups for the phenomenon some would call the Power or Blessing Abilities of God or the Gods. In total 653 Croatians, 1,284 Serbians, 18,842 Canadians, 32,487 Czech, 141,278 Australians, 163,838 New Zealand and 254,736 United Kingdom citizens would be allowed join the Jedi Order as the main first wave Terran groups to do so, with roughly eight to ten percent of them being force-capable enough to be become Padawan and be trained as Jedi, while the rest fulfilled other roles for the Jedi Order.

In terms of the United Nation the Organsiation quickly lost power and influence as even smaller Galactic Republic member worlds, species and conglomerates had more power then them and much of their responsibility was transferred to the Galactic Senate, were the permanent United nations Security Council Members, the People’s Republic of China, the French Republic, the Soviet Union (later the Independent States Commonwealth, ISC), the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United States of America were quickly accepted with their own Senators. Soon other nations trough economic, industrial and population power were capable of getting themselves a Senator in the Galactic Senate as well, among them Brazil, Germany, Japan and India, soon followed by Italy, Pakistan, Spain, Canada, Mexico, Argentina, Turkey, South Korea, Indonesia, France, Argentina, South Africa, Australia and Saudi Arabia, who also would be granted Senate seats. At the same time the European Union, ASEAN, African Union, Commonwealth of Nations, French Community/ Union, LATin America (LATAM), NATO, Organization of American States, Warsaw Pact (later Moscow Pact) and Organization of Islamic Cooperation would be granted representatices and Senators as well to best represent all Terrans in the Galactic Senate. But while many were eager to share goods and technology and begin a new era of economic, political and cultural unity and plurality for Terra, others were not so eager. Some quickly feared some of the new political and religious ideas introduced, others the introduced technology or non-human alien species and soon some more radical groups lead to terror, insurgencies, riots and death. Various human Senators and other local politicians soon were eager to buy, sell, or even reverse engineer advanced Galactic Republic technology for their own benefit and many questioned what the purpose and rule of local leaders was in elections when, the nominated Senators overall had much more power and influence, leading to a discussion in certain Terran nation states about the idea that their Senators should either be elected as well, or if such positions should be fused with that of the head of state or put directly under control of their presidents or heads of states.
