It seems in a moment, your whole world just shatters,
Like morning dreams, it just disappears,
There is a lot more broken, then anyone really sees,
Like dust in your hands, falling to the floor.

Haunted by childish fears, I've lost myself,
As an unsatisfying voïd, feeling hollow inside,
It hurts to talk, It hurts to breathe,
How can life ever be the same?

My heart is broken in pieces....

I'm not trying to be Edgar Allan Poe. I even mixed most words fromout songs, mostly genesis; I'll leave the real imagination to the drawing. I had a lot of sad inspiration-sources. But I chose these words, to understand and giving the fully pure expressed meaning behind the drawing. Mostly they come from real life, music and see certain actors/actress in a certain movie/serie at a certain point. Mostly the moments that are unnoticed, but somehow not forgotten and not be able to forget. Caroline Corr, mainly percussionist from the Corrs can have this typical vulnerable look, which I just adore. A dutch actress called Chris Jolles, shines a little bit through aswell. I'm not very fond of soaps and she is not very familliar. But she could express that exactly face as I want this exactly to identify with. Along with music/game/movie moments it is giving me the fantasy I want. This is my true inspirationsource. Zindy's meaning in this is that she broke me free to be able to express this with her drawings. This is a very very personall drawing, and I actually hesitated to post this thing. Special thanks to for having me get over the posting fear.

This drawing is about my feelings... Think it is already clear enough. There are a lot of people unnessecairly hurt. Mostly, hurt people hurt other people fromout their own pain. But sometimes, people can be just evil. Whatever drove people to hurt others physically and/or mentally. You ask yourself if they just couldn't have spent all that energy making another person feel so bad and unhappy, put into love and attention instead. In a fight, painfull and ignorent situation despite in which form, people just beïng impudent and mindless to each other about other ones feelings and its consequenses and devastation. At some point you will get so sick of it, asking yourself the cliche but so very true question...silently, but frustrated. You know, that short and simple word that is yet so hard to answer:

WHY................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .......?
