Rollycolly, Steel type. "These Rolycoly were first discovered in an old coal mine that had been converted into a dump. Ever since then, their numbers has slowly risen. While the population of the original species has dwindled, thanks to surface coal resources being exhausted."

Garcoll, Steel/Electric. "They eat metallic garbage. Incorporating the most conductive pieces into the tightly packed block on it back. The block somehow produces electricity which the Garcoll uses to power itself."

To be honest I just had the idea for a garbage monster that had ab electrified body. Somehow I managed to turn it into a pokemon. Been wanting to make a rolycoly form anyway. Oh and I may do a 3rd evolution at some point, but I wanna refine it.
