Some wild animals are domesticated, in order to preserve the species. Others are domesticated merely for our own selfish needs. Whether they be wolf or dog, we love them each the same when we can pull our fingers through their fur-coats, and scratch behind their ears. Is is right to cage animals, to take them out of the wild and bring them into our homes? Is it wrong to raise animals who would have a greater chance of surviving, if they were kept near us? Is it wrong to domesticate animals, as doing so will save lives? It's all for you to decide.
