Reflections re-visited. We visited the same spot that we had 8years before and tried to capture the same reflective image. They are very different but it was a fun challenge.Fairmont Springs, Canada

I always like reflection of a calm body of water. This is no exception. Doesn't this make the trip worth while?

Yes, that and the looks on my children's faces when they saw falling snow and mountains that traveled as far as the eyes can see... Eagles Soaring, Ram, Moose, Rivers, Glaciers.. dang.. so much better than the wars and the bombs. killings and school shootings...Gratitude and love for life teaches them to give and.. THAT is what makes the whole trip worthwhile. I have taken this trips times before.. but only once so far with the children...some who spent their lil lives in closets until we met... DUDE that makes it worthwhile.

I know exactly what you mean. Changing the lives of those under your care and giving them opportunities they would otherwise never had and making them feel loved.
After knowing you for so long on da, I still find your quality - able to speak from your heart so easily is quite amazing, no, VERY amazing. Very good quality ma'am. I must say, I am very glad to meet a person like you.

I like how the lines of color and texture go from one side of the picture to the other and back. I also like how the over all picture has a great scene of direction from one side to the other making my eyes glide smoothly across the picture. And is nicely balanced both horizontally and vertically.

Honestly, that is a great question. I do not think so. I have one that I changed tones etc on my web site, trying to get the feel of the original taken many years ago (not achieving it either, perhaps because the water was icy.)

Look at my gallery, I have different kinds, not sure yet which I prefer though.
It's a tough question to answer and depends if you want to earn a living with photography and if your work is very personal and your subjects private/sensitive I would 4 sure watermark...
