You must provide me a link to where you used this image. (via a comment here, a note or on my front page, Im not fussed with the method)

You can not redistribute this image as is. (you may use this resource to make more resources so long as it's changed ie, used as a part of a premade background. Credit and notification are still required)

This means you can use this image however you like, in any piece you choose without asking first.
