I got to the water temple in Ocarina of Time then got locked out of the console. I got to the last boss in Minish Cap then got the game stolen. I got to the last temple in Majora's Mask and my computer got formatted...

Same here. I have never played Windwaker or even seen it being played before. Neither the Adventure of Link. I got to the sixth or seventh temple in Link's Awakening and lost that game. I got to Dark world in Link to the past and that save file disappeared.

Windwaker was SO much fun! Adventure of Link was ok. I beat Link's Awakening, and I did NOT like Link to the Past.

Actually. Although the Water Temple in Oot was the most famous for being difficult, I found it pretty OK. That's probably because I went to the Water Temple straight after the Forest Temple and did around half of it. Right after I got stuck, my friend told me that you go to the Fire Temple second. After I finished that and went back to the Water Temple, I was already half finished and used to the place.

The water temple in MM was totally hard. Actually, I thought all the temples were unusually difficult.
