Very nice job although the reason why its not working is because ... its an illegal version. Lol i shall provide my honest opinion and then a small critique <3~ (yes. this is my way of saying small)

Very nice! honestly i can imagine how bright this looks <3!~ its very cute and pretty~~~!! <3 <3 Although, the skirt looks very unreal and the belt does too. As an example, you could have worked on the skirt a little bit.. because it looks too choppy in the front and the skirt part in the back looks a little.. incorrect compared to the front as for the leggings, it doesn't seem to follow through correctly with the skirt when it comes down to the shading.. and usually you don't have creases in leggings unless they're by the knees or are being specifically turned .. now it kind of looks off because it seems as if the creases aren't by the knees so how is she bending them in her thigh area? I'm a little curious about the proportions of the legs. For example the leg in front of the right leg is bigger and is kind of weirdly placed. I understand that in the pose, she's moving, but she looks like she's going to tip over and her left leg is too skinny compared to her right one. Plus, if you draw the right leg down, then it looks as if it is bigger and taller than the second leg because of how you drew it. the shin of the left leg is perfectly done, although for the right leg, it seems a little too big and the leg is angled correctly. As for the shoes, i know that i'm not one to talk because i SUCK at them x'D but the shoes in the back seem to look different compared to the shoe in front of it, very unproportional. It seems as if that shoe is bigger compared to the front one, trust me i make the mistake all the time, its just one way or the other, we'll have to get around that ^^ So what you could do is in the situation if you have it again is possibly either redraw the shoe for the left leg and make it bigger, or you can redraw the right leg and its designs. The belt by the way, seems a little too bold which isn't a bad thing, but unless its very colorful, its not very adored. Really that's all i can pick out right now, other than the fact that it bothers me from waist down.. as for shading although, you need to work on finding a specific light source(s) because you're shading is all over the place. and sometimes you may shade from one angle and then in the same angle, an accessory or body part isn't shaded there. For example, the belt even though its kind of in the air isn't shaded so it makes it seem as if its in front of the arm when drawn, makes it seem as if its behind it. I'm also curious on why its shiny on a few spots, but a very dull, normally shaded yellow and not shined in another spot. As for the hair, you are adding too much luminous light sources to it which kind of makes it look shiny, but throws it off all the same. The hairband with the bow seem to be shaded differently compared to the hair, because usually, anything that is white or a bright color, glares on any type of light source, especially when white is touched by light, as an example, remember the time when in band, we turned our stands around towards mr. england and he said that it got brighter because now all the white music sheets were reflecting the light from the lights? Try to take an example like that into your drawings, it'll help out more.

Sorry if i'm picking out too much, its just that you have lots of potential for drawing, and i don't honestly think that as a friend i'm doing you much of a favor in picking out the faults so that you can achieve better. very nice work none the less, although you could try posing yourself and using references to make this seem more logical in a real life situation. Because everyone who loves anime loves to see them as if they were taken out of real life.
