I found a picture of a hummingbird and whipped this out real quick. I would liked to have spent a bit more time on it, making it a bit neater, but I was pressed for time as this is a card I made for a dying aunt. Not sure how much time she has, so I wanted to get it in the mail as soon as possible.Related content

This is beautiful. The colors are really pretty and work well together. I love the detail on the hummingbird, especially the head.

See, that's so weird cause that's what didn't look right about it to me... but I guess the more I look at it, the more acclimated I get to it... I used to have an art teacher that said "Less is More" and another that said there are no mistakes in art! I guess this piece is pulling me between those two sayings!
