Usually I think these 3D models are too shiny for some monsters (because I'd like to see more real texture), but the shiny texture of this one is real cool, like a toy that would be fun to touch!

You're welcome! That's sort of true since Pokemon seem more magical than real, but sometimes I really see extra texture on some of them when I wonder what they'd look like on a next-gen console. XD Shiny textured or not, they still make awesome figurines, though.

haha i see what you mean. but the smoother surfaces of pokemon is what defines the style so it may very likely retain that in a 9999th generation console i have seen some people on deviantart draw 'realistic' pokemon before.

I've seen some of the "realistic" pokemon, too... I actually like the cartoony style better and hope they stick with it as you predict. XD But I think adding interesting textures, like a more dandelion appearance to Jumpluff's seeds, will make 3D battles more amazing. ^^
