Eeegh, it's gonna be hard give a critique on this piece, but I'll try
Thing is that it's pretty stilyzed and here more plays a color palette. 
So at first pros!
What first catches an eye is good using of dark shading, so as that's pure black as I guessed. I tried to make such shading and must say it's pretty tricky to make it out right due to a high silhouette play
Next thing to put into pros is how you made characters to stand out since for the background were used warm variety of colors, while on characters was used only black and small variety of light blue hues.
Can't deny a good work on silhouettes, making each character different from each other.

And now to cons >3
Honestly I'm not good at color theory and more specialozing on anatomy, yet judge anatomy on this picture is pretty hard due to it's at first stylized and such accepts some anatomy issues and at second as I got it was drawn from the reference
While  can't nitpick to simple background since it helps to make an epic angle and points out that views point is below the character's center of mass
All in all I found here more plusses than minuses, so this critucue more points out what was made good instead of finding out the flaws. And such means that this pic is AWESOME >;3
