Actually, a Rubber-Type probably could still be hypnotized, as long as the mask was down, if the suit doesn't try to protect the wearer's hearing.

The wearer could call the mask back up, but as for how to show they're hypnotized, I don't really know.

that is the problem with mask. So something outsite of the suit to show it would be needed.

Hm... The only idea I have is showing spirals on the eyes of the mask, like the hypnosis is being reflected off the lenses.
