“I don’t think it was a good idea to put these two together outside of the tournament.” Alice said as she leaned against the back of the club next to Victoria and watched Abigail and Nofre slug it out. For a few rounds the two warriors traded punches, not bothering too much with defense and just seeing if one might be able to throw a punch so mighty it knocked the other one out.

Vic smiled and gave Alice’s muscular arm a gentle pat. “That’s not the muscle I brought you in to use, darling.” Vic said slyly. “These two have a lot to get out of their system. Nofre needs to keep her claws sharp if she wants to take you down, after all and Abigail gets twitchy if I feed her the same old food all the time. Trust me, it’s for the best.”

“Blooourrghh!” Abigail’s eyes crossed as the fist drilled into her gut. It went deeper than before. Her stomach felt like it was caving in as Nofre twisted her fist and sent Abigail stumbling back. Nofre followed up with a sharp kick, but Abigail threw up her arms and the kick sailed off of her guard and left Nofre off balance.

Abigail hopped around and slammed a fist into Nofre’s side. She just barely avoided a painful liver shot but Abigail wrapped her arms around Nofre’s waist and threw up a knee into Nofre’s kidney.

“Ghhkkk!” Nofre’s teeth clenched and she dropped to one knee. “Finally decided to put up your guard? Must be getting tired.” Nofre hissed.

Abigail’s gloves slid up Nofre’s body and wrapped around her neck. She leaned in. “I’ll just take a rest here then~” She purred and slammed another knee into Nofre’s back.

“Ghhhkkk!”

Nofre growled and stood up. She took a step and turned her shoulder to whip Abigail off her and send the blonde crashing onto her back. Nofre then drove her heel into Abigail’s chest.

“Ouuughhhh!” Abigail coughed and winced but then grinned. “Heh… heheh….” She rolled onto her side and got onto her hands and knees. She coughed and looked up. As she got to one knee, she slammed a glove between Nofre’s legs.

Nofre’s eyes widened and she crumbled to one knee, with one hand between her legs.

Alice twitched and straightened up. Before she could take a step, Vic slapped the back of her hand against the blonde’s stomach.

“You’re going to let her get away with this?” Alice asked.

“I’m not… Nofre is. Shouldn’t she know Abigail is unhinged? She’s got to learn. You have got to learn. Protect your weaknesses or watch people weaker than you take advantage of them.”

Abigail grinned as the two of them were both on one knee. She sent a slew of rabid punches crashing into Nofre’s face. The Egyptian warrior threw up an arm to try and defend herself as best as she could.

“WHAT!?” Abigail blurted. “Guardin now!? You must be tired! Lemme kiss you goodnight!” Abigail leaned in and opened her mouth. The crowd gasped as she sunk her teeth into Nofre’s nose and bit as hard as she could.

A shriek escaped Nofre and she twisted away and stumbled to the ropes. There was blood trickling from her nose. Abigail hopped up and started swinging haymakers at Nofre, who lowered her head and raised her arms. Abigail cackled as she slapped her mitts against Nofre’s arms, but she could see she wasn’t doing much.

She hopped back and swung a kick aimed between Nofre’s legs again. The crowd gasped as it rang true once more. Nofre’s eyes crossed and she leaned against the ropes, but her thighs clamped around Abigail’s foot.

“I don’t care what I have to do to hurt you!” Abigail shrieked at Nofre. “You got the same weaknesses as everyone else! You bleed, you make me sick! Just because you went and fought jobbers!?” Abigail spit. “You make me laugh! I just hope you make it through to the end so there’s something left for me in the tournament!”

“Tch,” Nofre hissed. “It’s a shame.” She growled and grabbed Abigail’s leg with both her gloves and yanked her forward into a snapping elbow that slammed into the blonde’s nose and sent her stumbling backward. This time Nofre’s spinning kick slammed into Abigail's head and sent her spiraling off into the middle of the ring where she collapsed into an unconscious heap.

“I don’t remember you talking so much last time. Or being so weak.” Nofre shrugged as her hand was raised and as she lifted her head, her eyes met Alice’s.

The blonde stared Nofre down for a second and she could feel all of the fight being poured into her. It made her body tingle but the were only locked into a staring contest for a few moments before Alice’s lips cracked a quick smile. She gave Nofre a thumbs up and turned to leave.
