Well if you notice... being naked on Equestria is very very common... and if they wear something, only covers the front legs, but, the "lower" parts are showing.
If you look, being human in equestria would be rather strange, cuz, we humans are used to clothes, they don't, so like the indians, they can look each other without feeling any sexual interest by being naked.
So this, would be her, on her natural state. Naked in the Library.
If a human were transformed into a pony, he or she would be very easy do detect, by showing something for being naked, specialy if is He, the guys would be screwed for being in a place where everyone is naked.
