Well, not being part of the craziness, anything I say is probably considered blasphemy, but I have to state:
#5 - If her character, looking like that, was in an Anime with other characters in a similar style, I would definitely check out that show.
That being said, due to the comics, #4 is the most logical to garner the most amount of attention.

I gotta say that your "Stage 5" designs are really great for humanized ponies. I still enjoy your regular "Stage 4" style, though.

#3 has some thighs on her. Also, her manestyle looks a little more Twilight than Rarity. Not that it's a bad style at all. Personally, I like the looks of all the types, though for different reasons, I guess.
