Description
I’ll worry about the consequences later. Will he ever learn, I wonder...? For someone who’s terrified of getting himself into a spot that he’s unable to get himself free of, Dekker’s a master of tangling himself up with things he really shouldn’t…
Dekker gonna diiiie. He gonna get himself killed because of his sickle buddy. He's not the best of decision makers, often jumping into things when he's scared and offered an easy way out, and that's likely to bite him on the arse sooner rather than later.
It's very Dekker for him to land himself in trouble by making deals in moments of fear with evil demigods to save himself (and technically, in turn, his paladin buddy too), so it's conflicting as his player to have him make these decisions and then watch as repercussions and impending doom creep up on him >.> I don't doubt he's going to realise soon the mistake he's made and hopefully that'll be enough of a catalyst to make him think twice in the future. But only if he doesn't get slaughtered first :/ He needs to find himself a loophole or way out before things get messy. Whatever happens, he's likely to come down to earth with a horrible bump.
Just a quicky pic, because ;D
Dekker Foxwit belongs to meee C:

Ahhhhh, gotta hate that feeling where your character just doesn't want to do the thing you want them to, right?

There's always going to have to be a point where you suspend disbelief, but the majority of the time you do just have to watch characters make stupid mistakes with their lives because you decided X would make a good character trait when in fact, X is going to see them get in hot, hot water xD Dekker managed to get out of this situation unscathed at the time (I thought he was going to have to kill a prominent leader/king at a council they were holding, which would have been an absolute nightmare), but the guy he did get directed to kill will probably still see ripples and likely bad repercussions (it's sent part of a major city into chaotic turmoil) - Dekker's just too far away to see the outcome just yet.... But I imagine it's coming >.>
Moral of the story - don't have a character be flippant towards consequences - or at least have the learn that's a bad stance to have...!

Oh yeah. But your characters have to have those traits and flaws to be good well thought out characters, ya know? I personally like impulsive characters, or stubborn characters, or proud ones.

Sucks! Getting in such a situation is almost artistic.
Don't die, tiny bro!
