I do love drawing fan art xD It's a nice break.Anyways, Prowl from Transformers Animated. Best character, by far. Though I do rather like Starscream :3 I'm currently working my way through all the episodes.
I'm irritated that I couldn't do an action-y background, but I may keep having a go and update it if I do suceed. It's from a shot in Nature Calls (which is one of my fave episodes so far - Who doesn't like barnacled Prowl? :3)

Wonderful! I really like that in the show, Prowl liked watching animals! And I like that in the end of Five Servos of Doom, he permanently gets his cool samurai armor!

If you're looking for an action-y background you could maybe do what they do in various anime (most notably PokΓ©mon) and cheat by just drawing some whoosh-y lines? (:
