Right this is one of the first pictures I'll be uploading from my month long trip to Sri Lanka. As you may have already seen from my DA ID I was working in a hospital and ended up spending most of my time in surgery and was allowed to assist. I'm currently trying to write up a journal entry for it all but things keep getting in the way lol.

If I remember correctly this was an Appendectomy there were so many of these coming in it was incredable this and Thyroidectomies were the most common in casualty theatre (where this was taken)

This is the first part of three pictures I'll be uploading of surgery, another shall be uploaded next week and the final one the week after that.
