I was getting a bit frustrated while photographing Thea when it was so hard to get her into the most simple sitting poses, without looking too dull u_u Mini Gems are probably the worst posers out of all BJDs that I've handled... Or so I thought! I started just playing around with her and suddenly she decided to keep her balance in more difficult poses like this?? Maybe she has secretly taken some ballet classes lol XD Though I must admit that the tip of her wing is leaning to the background wall and helping a little bit, but still!

Anyway, even though the jointing of these faeries drives me crazy sometimes, I really really love my little Thea (and the other faeries!)

I've never been too strict about the posability, since there are always ways to do something about it, fake it, etc. I think pretty much all of the dolls I have are considered horrible posers among the dolly people (Super Gem, EID, Idealian...) XD It doesn't bother me so much if the posing is harder, I just want the bodies to look aesthetically pleasing to my eye x3
