It would be interesting to see the reference you used for this - it's very good, colour and shading wise. I do feel that maybe there's some uneveness in his eyes which looks a bit odd, but this could be how he actually looks, I'm not sure (I couldn't find a picture like this on a quick google-search). The left (his right) side of his face is spot on, but the shading on the right (his left) is a little flat above the creases in his cheek. Again, this might be how the reference looked, but I think if those things were tweaked a bit this would be a fantastic portrait (although, as I say, it is really good already!).
His eyes (aside from the above) are particularly lovely - the detail and colour is great.

Imperfections might be caused by bad quality of photograph. (I didn't make a scan of my drawing)
I only used Derwent crayons to draw it.
