The patina on the walls is absolutely perfect for weather worn stone.ย The edge of the tiles along the bell tower looks a lot more like clay than paper.ย In fact, it's hard to tell it's a model except for the right edge as you look at it - where the shrub is - the scale there of the base to the shrubs themselves - makes the base look flimsy rather than stone. But other than that, it's fantastic.
