Nah, your giraffe is awesome! Well, It was tough getting the shades to blend ok, so I had a right to be worried.

I started out in greyscale with roughly ten shades, just to get shadows and highlights looking ok. I added color once that was done. ^^

Amazing! Just simply amazing! Did you do this all on one layer? Or on several? When you shaded it, did you have the pixel brush set to opacity or something, or did you use a separate colour each time?

Sorry for all the questions. I am sorta getting into pixel art, and well, seeing this has totally made me wanna go and redo my pixel from last night. XD

Prolly doesn't help that I have no idea how to actually do anything with pixel stuff...Soo....

No worries. I'm just getting into pixel art myself, and I feel so lucky that I have Photoshop. MS Paint would *kill* me.

pixel art = a drawing made up entirely of pixels (yanno 1 pixel at a time) with no effects added, just each individual pixel drawn by hand Hope that makes sense hun!
