why thank you, this was based off a photo of an ex, we're still friends so theres no harsh feelings. i tried to over emphasize everything in this painting for various reasons. the shawl folds was to over emphasis the drapery for the drapery study i had to do for class (which i shall post as soon as i find my camera cord)
