this is a late 40s early 50's pickup..its hard to tell without looking at the front end.its also not a rat rod either.its just a custom truck painted matt black..theres a lot more to a rat rod than primer.

Nice shot but thats a 1937 chevy frenched tail lights with 4 3/4 in chopped and dropped bout 5 inches, or it has bags.
but then again nice shot.
