In the past year and a half, I've pushed myself with each drawing I do. I've been trying really hard to move away from the "anime style" and develop something of my own.I've gotten a lot of good and bad feedback in the past year and a half; and I've done a lot of self-research to try and improve my coloring and style in general.
Slowly but surely, I believe I'm achieving that.
This piece was entirely done in Photoshop7. From the sketch, to the lineart to the coloring. I've been playing around a lot with brushes, and the opacity brush has worked the best for me so far.
I'm really proud of this, and I feel like this is one of my biggest stepping stones towards changing my style and techniques.
Done for a contest on Subeta (I won 5th place), this was amazing background, anatomy and coloring practice. Took me several days to finish.

I would say you are achieving just that~ I find the faces you draw really interesting and different, your anatomy has improve a ton and your putting so much more in to your drawings~
anyway to the picture~ Absolutely amazing background~ I love all the details in the folds and the patterns on the cloth and the wall work perfectly~ Her outfit is stunning~ The lines of the see though fabric are so clean and her expression is so nice~

It's pretty annoying: you worked on something for hours, but a silly 30-minute doodle in your gallery gets more comments and faves. *I know all about it* XD

oh my gosh its amaizng. hehe she's really really beautiful. her body and pose are very well done. I like the way you did her breasts and her cute and sexy belly. hehe well those clothes are pretty nice an sensual. her long and dark hair is pretty nice and I love her cute nose and lips too. great job on her eyes. I like your style. oh yeah and the background is so nice and detailed. all those curtains and pillows are really cool. and you colored everything amazingly well. awesome job sweet ^^
