i can't fucking believe that a man committed a mass shooting against LGBT+ people just because they were trying to have fun and be who they really are.
my deep condolences to the families of the victims. we all support you
and to homophobic people, are you fucking satisfied now? one of you just killed innocent people all because they hated how they were. what the fuck did we do to piss you off? we just love one another, that's all; and you try to destroy us just because of difference. that's as bad as islamophobia, racism, and sexism. if you are homophobic, then i will wait for you to beg for our mercy.

I feel for you. It's sickening how far people will go for their "beliefs" and their "rights". I'll admit that I'm demi with a pref for the opposite gender but that person had no right. NO ONE has a right to take others lives for their selfish beliefs and those who back the shooter up are no different than murderers.
I wish people would just open their eyes.

I know right? I'm still trying to get over the fact that at a Christian gathering I attended once; during one of the speeches they were saying stuff like, "that's just the devil tempting you!" if you think you're attracted to someone of the same gender. I can only imagine what some other religions may say. It doesn't help that the media practically sends the same message despite that we've gotten passed the point that same sex-sexuality isn't an illness, it's something completely normal.

It's really sad to see innocent lives taken away.
I'm going to be honest... I'm not really affected by this because their has been so many shootings you kind of get used to it. I'm more pissed off at the reactions. We got Tumblr DEFENDING the murderer, WBC protesting the funerals, and conspiracy theorists saying it was the hover that caused this. I'm sorry if that offends you in any way...

((don't worry i'm not offended. but there are good things too, an indonesian singer (who is also a muslim) actually supports the lgbt people and sent her condolences to the families of the victims on twitter. it was so nice to see that i'm not the only indonesian who supports gay rights.
but the comments... ugh. they literally blame muslims for the incident even though it was said that this had nothing to do w/ religion. it was a hate crime, not a extremist religious one..))
