This is the official application for the #AliceOCT .

Name: Please keep it official. No nicknames or anything. Just a clear first name, second name and last name. No second name needed if not available. If your characters name is something like Catherine Smith, write that. Not Katya Smith.

Age: Age should be marked in numbers, not letters.

Sex: Your gender should be marked with an "F" for female or an "M" for male.

Race: Race should either be "Black", "White" or "Asian". Because this is Victorian London we may be picky with this. Transport and other races living back then was very poor.

Place of Birth: A sing place. "Towns name, Country". You need to be specific. If the character is from England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland please write "Kingdom of Great Britain".

Hair, Eyes, Height, Weight: All entirely optional. Do not be specific. One word for hair and eyes. Weight should be shown in stone and height should be shown in foot. This is more modern but is easier for the judges.

Inmate number: This can be a random number that must be at least over #150. Nothing stupid, however. Therefore please mark it before #1000 Please mark with a hash (#) before writing number. If a number is taken I will add it to the bottom of this description in numeral order.

Case information: Please use best English. This is for describing how or why the patient is mentally ill. This can vary rather largely do to the time period. You may want to do research as most illnesses were just classed as "insanity" back then. You could even be "insane" for choosing to be a single mother.

Special Handling Code: How you should treat the patient. Please use best English. Example:

"...If patient begins to get loud, take the patient to leech therapy, but is patient is violent remove from premisses and conceal within bedroom. If all else fails, use physical force against patient."

Picture: A quick inmate mug-shot of your character. No smiling please and little emotion. Please keep the characters hair undone if he/she's hair is usually pulled back. Make this authentic as possible.

Font: Please use "Courier New" font. This should be pre-installed onto your computer. If not, new Times Roman (the default). You may use a blur tool to make it look more faded. Please keep it readable.

Others: You may add more special effects as long as it is still readable (unless you want to keep certain information hidden). Special Effects could include features such as blood, etc.
