I was just thinking that she is smart and has the whole focus thing that he likes down. Plus an archer and a ninja make an awesome pair! And in the first season they even showed that she can almost see spirits. I was angered that they hinted at her being sensitive to spirits but never made it so that she could help them fight hollows! She is even a martial artist but they never included her.

I can see that pairing but my friend suggested Ishichigo O.o it makes me laugh. Then I thought of humans that would pair with Mr. Ishida and I thought of Ishisuki. After all Tatsuki can kick butt too!

I do support ichiruki but not ishihime I would more support chadhime... I rather enjoy the ishiretsu pairing but it would be difficult to justify them meeting informally and dating.
