Moved from my previous acount.Damn! I hate the ending of Shining force 2. Why had Bowie to ditch Sarah for that bit%#.. I mean, the princess?
I guess that's his duty, or destiny or... whatever....
It doesn't matter, one day I'll do a comic of this game and I'll be the one deciding the ending, HAH!

What do you mean ditch? They were never together. She never even had any interest in him until he became this big, important hero. She suffers from "Hero Worship syndrome" just like Sakura from Naruto. This is a nice picture, though.

well, I dunno. she's his childhood friend and knows him way better than the princess, who he had just seen twice in his life. Sarah's been suporting him the whole adventure (and yeah, that's cause she's the first healer u get, but still...)
From your reasoning, why did she end with kazin? as if there have been any clues about those 2 either. And remember Jaha? he said to let them kiss her casue he loved her, and he had never seen her before (he was aslept the first time the gang went to the castle).
Well, it's just the way I see it, nothing else. Heh, I guess that's what we get for overthinking the plot in a videogame XD.
And I agree with the Sakura issue. The moment anotehr female went for the main character she was afraid to lose her "main female" role and had to act like a total... well, you know XD

I think the Bowie/Ellis thing is a prime example of the "Love at First Sight" trope. And you're probably right about us overthinking it. And you're welcome.
