Tengu and Isai ARE siblings, but not by blood. Isai was adopted by Shinami later on. The two were created last year or even 2007 back when ~IzzyUchiha and I were working on an old Naruto fanfiction. My character Shinami (You can see her in another collab deviation of mine) got a major role, and Tengu was her child with Sasuke. ...Hope I didn't bore you with the backround info.
