This is the last of my pokemon oc's. Mindy is the Minun and Mandy is the Plusle. And yes, I switched the colors on purpose. Mandy is meant to be blue and Mindy is meant to be red. They are both the opposite to Volt.Plusle, Minun and Pokemon belong to Nintendo
