Don't think I've seen a gargoyle face like the male's before. Always nice to see a new design. Well, maybe not so new anymore, but this holds up really well for being a decade old. Your newer stuff has definitely improved, but there are other artists who's older stuff looks like crayon scribbles compared to their current work, where this is very close. (meanwhile, everything I've ever drawn up to today still looks like crayon scribbles)

I really love the story that seems to unfold between this deviation and your other one. It's almost like he's saying 'no don't leave' to wherever she glides off to, narrowly missing getting smashed herself.
