Raiden didn't get normal human parts, he got flesh colored upgrades so he could pass as a normal human while retaining his complete and utter badassery that comes with being a cyborg that can shoot lightning at people

It's just random gibberish the nanomachines replaced in their speech every time somebody tried to say the patriots, which probably would make a presidents job really hard if he tried to make a speech about our soldiers or something

She might have been a flirt, but she was one of the coolest characters in the whole game, if you ask me. The proverbs, the conversations with Snake on occasion- everything was really nice.
