Yeh, I don't have a lot of confidence. I have always been the little scraggly glasses-d Pokemon nerd who doesn't know a thing about real life, and doesn't have any channels on her television, with a poor family and all. But things are different now; I just took a real blow to my self-confidence in the first five years of my schooling. You've really made a huge difference actually Dream. <3333

Layers, I have a grasp of, for this has 3 of them. Shading... is a major difficulty. :/

Well, for Shading I have learned a way that makes it SO much easier -
First, Seperate ALL different colors on different layers to make it easier. This varies, depending on how you want your pic to look xD
Add another layer ABOVE your colored one, click on that new layer, and press ctrl+G. Now, whatever you color/shade on that layer will stay on the color that is in the layer below ^3^

Oh, yeah right. Watch Shiny fail at coloration. Sure it's awesome. I think I just learned a really good lesson about trying to draw freehand on this baby.
