A small color art incert of Piccolo w/ Tehanue (Majunianoko) from the Dragonball HC doujin manga. The series ran from 1996-2001 and produced 37 volumes officially. I don’t believe I’ve ever posted this before online so enjoy.Related content

Whoa...good thing Tehanue came from an egg. He would have NOT been a "natural" delivery!

Would never have considered him coming any other way. Not having him come out of a egg would be blasphemy, in my opinion o0! Okay. I know some of you fans think the Namekian method of giving birth is horrific and maybe even gross, but who’s to say they wouldn’t feel the same about vaginal birth? Hmm? *lol* Besides, I have never once believed in retooling the work/concepts of the original artist (In this case, Mr. Toriyama) You can’t go change things just because you don’t happen to prefer it.

I certainly wasn't questioning the egg/mammal discussion -- to be honest, I was looking at the size of his head compared to Piccolo's. He's "chibi-fied" but...having delivered a son who was nearly 10lbs without drugs (stupid, stupid me!! D'oh!!!) all I could think of was OOoooooooooowwwww!

Oh, no. I didn’t think you were questioning it. I was agreeing. My fault ..I think I misread your comment and thought you were saying that you were glad he was born from a egg because that was the natural way. I see now. *nod*
My remarks were more directed at some of the other art I’ve come across before, like Namekians w/ pregnant human fan characters and it all just irritates the holy hell out of me! Gah! I understand that fan art entitles the artist to some merit of creative liberties, but when it goes as far as to redo canon fact just so all their various marysues can get knocked up by Piccolo ... yeah. It’s time time for some genocide.

Hehe, sounds like I'm a little more relaxed when it comes to Namek reproduction, and like the "nature finds a way" Crichton proposed in Jurassic Park. We've all got our pet peeves - mine is taking a character OUT of character to make a plot/matchup/whatever work. Gotta keep 'em in character or why bother?

Might be that I just hate Marysue bitches in general. Even w/ Kayee, for instance, I had never made her some 'branch' of my fangirly obsessions. I was opposed to that form the start just because it is such a pet peeve of mine. In otherwords, she wasn't created so I can "Oooowee! Have a hot sex scene with Piccolo! Squeee!" *roll* To be honest, they never have 'sex' at all.

I feel the same way about "Piccolo trains a girl" stories. Good heavens, can't they come up with anything else?? I once read a short first chapter of a fanfic that was pretty well written but it was SO bad I had to ask if it was a parody. I wasn't nasty about it, but the "story" disappeared right away.
Wish I could've read your doujin. I check ebay every once in a while but no luck so far.

Funny enough, you’re not the only one. I’ve checked often myself (also w/ ACT) to see if I might get hold of some old copies for some close friends of mine, and I haven’t been very successful --AND I”M THE ONE WHO DREW IT! O0! *lol*
Sadly, doujins generally have such limited runs and once they’re gone, they’re gone. They also become so rare that collectors don’t want to give up their copies to sell or trade! (I know on the account that I’ve been trying to complete my ‘Head-Cha-La’ set for the last 8 years now!) Last time I found a copy of HC was in ‘02 and it was for Vol. 11
