If I'm not wrong, this drawing took me around 6 weeks to finish... xD----
After reading Lyokofan97 's fanfic, I decided I wanted to design my version of Jeremy's Lyoko form. I have to admit that one of his powers is based on the idea from her fanfic
it was a marvelous idea...Since I like the CL books very much, I decided to work on that version first (I took the freedom of doing some minor changes.... I hope you like them xD)
About the second version, I've already shared my thoughts in the tumblr post with a more detailed description about his powers and concept, but if you can't read my awful handwriting, here's a bigger img sta.sh/2tu7v3uqvnx
Now I feel like doing a short comic (2-4 pages, maybe) of Jeremy getting virtualized on Lyoko

You know, most fan designs of an updated virtual form for Jeremy/ie seem to try to make his glasses more "sci-fi" or something, usually some kind of visor; heck, there's one where it's literally the VISOR from Star Trek: The Next Generation; I've also read a fanfic that gave him a helmet, like in Tron: Legacy, but I digress. Point is, this is actually one of the few to keep his actual glasses, that I know of.

True. I also have seen those designs, but I don't like the idea of the visor, at least, not for his first virtual form. We're all used to see him using his glasses that's why it's hard to think of him without them xD … But, I've had time to think even more about his design and I believe I can still do some more sketches to improve it. One of the main things I was thinking it's to get rid of his glasses, although I like them, I understand there's no use for him to have them. I guess I just wanted to keep the idea of the book, it was cute to think of him as some kind of Santa's elf. xD

Yeah, his first form, the elf one, the one that played quite an influence in his decision to just stick to the console unless in such a dire emergency that it never really came up on the show, probably could either keep them or discard them.
Christmas elf, fairy-type elf, Peter Pan thing, that seems to be the running interpretation of Jeremy's first Lyoko outfit: Not one of the cool High Fantasy-type elves, the squatting-on-a-mushroom kind.

Nope. Up until a few months ago I had no idea they ever existed, and have not yet put aside time to try and hunt down translations, as I'm told they only came out in the show's native France.

Actually, they didn't release the whole collection in France, but thanks to fantranslations, it's possible to read it in french and english

I've already read them, twice. But that's me. I like them that much, so I took the author's description as a reference for Jeremy's first design, that's why it's not the high fantasy-type elf design xD (until v.2.0)

Con esto en mente, talvez me termine de animer de hacer mi fic de Code Lyoko X'D!

Como mencioné, la idea de la telepatía ha surgido de leer el fic de Lyokofan97, de hecho, me parece que su teoría justifica muy bien el episodio de "Frontera" cuando Jeremy queda atrapado, pero a pesar de no estar en Lyoko se comunicaba con Aelita solo con sus pensamientos. Creo que esa es la clave
El segundo poder surge de varias cosas: una de ellas fue al ver a Franz Hopper controlar las mantarayas, tienen un aura azulado cuando él las controla, y en el caso de Jeremy, pensé que si él hiciera lo mismo, su aura sería verde (como cuando Jeremy activa las torres en Lyoko)... le di limitantes para no hacerlo poderoso, la idea es que solo use poco sus poderes (así como todos los demás hacen poco uso de sus habilidades especiales)... otra razón por la que le dí ese poder fue pensando en los juegos de rol. Normalmente están los personajes de batalla (Odd, Ulrich y Yumi), los mágicos (Aelita) y los clérigos, que más bien pensé sería de "apoyo"/"defensa" y ese es Jeremy xD

Y la idea que tengo es algo "Adulta" continuando los hechos de Evolution. Y un personaje mio, pero soy demasiado perfecionista con los Fan Characters por el miedo de crear Mary Sues que me estreso demasiado:'c

¡gracias! Eso he notado del fandom en fanfiction xD... es muy raro, pero aun así hay fans todavia activos. Yo me he quedado con las ganas de leer algo post-evolution. Sé que no fueron geniales muchas cosas, pero creo que tiene cosas de la trama muy rescatables T_T ... te entiendo perfectamente, también me da miedo manejar OCs por lo mismo, por ello si escribo algo, procuro hacerlo sin tener que crear personajes, para no arruinarlo xD... porque de por sí es complicado crear el transfondo un personaje, más complicado es pensarle en cómo no hacerlo mary sue... Pero hey, intentar no cuesta

Hasta hace unos dos días la encontré y me leí los primeros dos capítulos, he quedado enganchada y espero pronto darle seguimiento. Esa escritora es muy hábil! He estado leyendo varias de sus publicaciones, son muy buenas *-* … pero me iré con calma, porque tengo que ponerme al día en tantas cosas.

OMG!! ¡Están fantásticos, tanto uno como el otro! Me gusta la paleta de colores, fiel al tradicional elfo pero manteniendo el azul típico del jersey de Jeremie. En cuanto a sus técnicas y poderes (leí tu post de tumblr), ¡me encanta cómo está pensado! Que tenga acceso a la terminal y pueda sabotear a algún enemigo son cosas que les vendrían genial a los guerreros Lyoko...
Me alegra ver que de algún modo mi fanfiction pudo inspirarte

Realmente, la terminal que tendría está pensada para que pueda virtualizar vehículos, coordenadas, recargarle flechas a Odd, consultar el estado de la supercomputadora (escáneres, energía, etc)... no podría sabotear a XANA así. Lo divertido sería que sí podría controlar alguno que otro monstruo. Me inspiré un poco en Franz Hopper, que vimos que podía controlar mantas, y su halo aparecía azul cuando esto era así. Y de la telepatía ya sabes de dónde lo saqué jaja... sin duda me encantó la idea. Hice un boceto de Aelita y Jeremy sobre el overwing (una escena que sale de tu fic), me encantará finalizarlo tan pronto tenga oportunidad
