Yes, and if you watch Galactic Guardians (basically the same creators of both shows) you'll see the ACTUAL Darkseid looks just like Gemini too. Of course the crew of Thundarr were huge fans of comic books and gemini was DEFINITLEY based visually on Darkseid and that would show later in Galactic Guardians, also in battle of the barbarians the villain barbarian is based of Kalibak, Darksieds son. Jack Kiryby did a real number, the show is excellent
