These guys don't get enough love. Serges did return in Mega Man Xtreme, while Agile (along with Vile, Bit, and Colonel) appeared in Mega Man Zero 2 as an image that Phoenix Magnion can summon to attack Zero. Violen, on the other hand, never made any sort of reappearance (unless you count his appearance in Worlds Unite).

Ahhh, the X-Hunters. Together, they were quite a threat to X, so to speak. A shame they were seen only in Mega Man X2 though.
