Oh this is sooo incredibly beautiful.
Nice job! Very smooth skin and intriguing sex appeal.
Blood looks so dark, sticky and real I could almost touch it!
The technique is great but if I could point one thing out that is absolutely THE ONLY flaw,
The eye on the right is a bit smaller and higher than the other.
Still so so so gorgeous and I admire it greatly.

I don't know any tutorials, sorry =\ my advice to you is just practice! liquids are very hard to draw =\ so draw in a layer above the original picture I if you need, it's a good way to get started
