The 3rd mode of my Anime Screamer is his KING MODE!He has been given a hand sewn cape and a crown to fit his ego. . . eh um his head.
The shoulder armor attaches to hold down the cape and to make him the regal ruler that he is I gave Screamer an Energon Battle sword!

I am a bit confused, do you mean any specific transformers anime or just general anime aesthetics? (Because if it is the latter,you do know that not all anime designers have the same style, no matter how popular the generic anime style is).
Still, it is a really great job and I admire how wellyou put it together. The colors are spot on and the mixture of soft and hard shapes are just magnificent. The swoord is a bit odd but not completely blasphemous considering how he used sword in the UT.
But I do wonder, is it transformable?

First it isnt made to looks like any one style of Anime just my version of Screamer done in Anime aesthetics. Granted I wasnt going for an EVA look but more of a Gundam mech design on him, but at the same time wanted to bring in his clasic G1 feel.

No, I would say ego is the right word. That looks great, definitely the coranation feel to it, minus Galvatron coming along and blasting him to ash.
