Thanks and I agree but diagree about them making a GiTS set. Agree that they should be made cause they'ld be uber cool. Disagree they should be made cause I'ld buy the whole set and be poor lol!

A larger scale Luger resin or plastic could be cut down for a the original Movie "Basic Big Gun" he used to stop that tank at the end. Maybe an old Megatron(in his gun mode) might do well for a base?

Good call! I liked the original movie but really liked the redesigns for SAC. I hope they do a season 3 its one of the few "crime dramas" that I really dig.

Yeah and one of the few animes that use Cell-shaded-CGI w/'flat' cell animation. The only other animated show I know of would be Futurama in which you never really saw it as Computer 3-D so much as just really good cell animations(think original Speed Racer opening).
Yeah and I too love SAC revamp in looks, plus the inclusion of the Tachikoma absent from the movie. Really the movie was of the "old-style" anime look and SAC is representative of the "New Style" look of anime. Though some characters really don't change that much, and a few get more background info/personality in a/the series. And every has to have either said/written/heard gripes about the Therm-optics in the series VS the movie. But hey a series has different rules it is held up to compared to a movie. Would you want to a naked Batou(and see how 'functional' he really is(Even most of the Ladies would get tired of that after one or two episodes the relied heavy on the therm-optical camo))? That was a style used in the manga and the stylized look of the Movie(move on, it's not like the animated series of Beetlejuice was a horrific as the movie or even(barely) really in the same universe/concept). I simply say to them "Would you want anatomically correct Pop-up books for 5 year olds?".
