I quite like how this turned out.
Made this as part of an event that was hosting on a forum awhile back. Of course, I just now decided to upload it. XP

There's still a few things I wanna fix, but it was good practice with Photoshop. Methinks I may have gone too far with the special effects? I dunno. lol

Anyway, tis Shino lovely-ness, so enjoy~

NOTE: Iulia is my name on teh forum where the event was held, and then there's my theOtaku username... which reminds me, I should upload this there sometime soon. Blargh.
