[Digging up the Dirt!]This took me about 2 hours.... x_x
Okay so you guys !Foye454 put up a photo of her like last year, nd it made me remember I made this little, 'first' cosplay to now thing that I put up on my Livejournal a few months ago. So I expanded it.
My first convention was Jacon.
I went to it once more.
Then I attended Metrocon, all the years.
And AFO I went to once.
And I went once twice to MegaCon...
Those are the only Florida cons. ^^
I then hit Naka-Kon here in Kansas City.
Hit Sakura Con in Seattle.
And now I have plans for Motaku and BishieCon.
If you've been keeping count, that's 14 cons! That's a lot to me. Though I feel as though I have been to more. And now I'll be going to another two in the next two months, and that'll be 16. WOW. I just made Organization XIII plus Xion and more.
But then thinking, WOAH 7 years of cons and I AM LOVING them.
I started going to cons in 2003.
And it's almost 2010~
And that would be ages 12-19.
So yeah.
Look at those skills! xD
I feel accomplished.
Very very accomplished with myself.

Yes. Thankfully my parents were pretty supportive of me. And I say you can tell her that people older than even me still cosplay. It's a hobby and it's costuming/modeling/acting which can land ya a job.
At least, that is how I think of it. Hahah.

Oh yeah trust me. They will find it strange but it's a good thing she isn't stopping you. I know a lot of cosplayers that do it in secret because their parents don't support them. It's sad and not fair. It's like a sport to us. LOL

I have not enough money to buy clothes/things which I will use to make clothes etc, and I'm lazy and I look bad in all costumes XD (even if I look bad when I'm myself XD)

I can remember, for Halloween I really started.
I made Princess Zelda and ironically, Sakura (Card Captor Sakura).
Those were my first, and thinking about it, I was so proud, altering real clothing.
I still do that now sometimes.
So it just... wow.
It boggles my mind of how far I have come. ^^

My first... damn, Sasori. Using a crappy red party store wig I cut with paper scissors whilst ignorant of the golden rule of cutting. DON'T CUT HOROZONTALLY FOR THE LOVE OF FUDGE! D:
I didn't bind, and was wearing a PINK AND BLACK bra under a sking coloured top.
And black cargo pants and trainers.
And a cloak of eBay.

Yah, I've already spent shitloads on that...
the first coat was cheap and badly made and still cost £50+, secon coat is much better, but I thought I was fatter than I am, and then lost some weight and had to get it tailored, so over £150 on the Org coat EASILY.
But who couldn't love it?!
It makes me feel so badass! 8D
The next one (which won't be for AGES, more than a year at least, I shall try and make myself. >D
