Sibyline is a beautiful sorceress of the Isle of Tears, notorious throughout Eternia for her wickedness, although she did state that she was originally a good sorceress. Years ago, Sibyline helped Gorgon overthrow Danton, King of the Isle of Tears. As the episode begins, she is seen confronting Gorgon over aiding his tyranny for so long and tries to overthrow him herself, only to be thrown into the same dungeon as Danton, Seeing that Sybiline is sincere about wanting to make up for her past wrongs, Danton instructs Sybiline to seek out King Randor's help to take back the Isle of Tears. Sybiline agrees and teleports herself to safety. Despite her reputation for evil, only Orko questions Sibyline's motives; all other heroes greet her with trust upon her arrival at the castle. Meanwhile, Gorgon has formed an alliance with Evil-Lyn to try and cast doubt on Sybiline's intentions by causing a series of magical disturbances to happen throughout Eternos.

Sibyline has long, deep red hair. She wears an outfit which resembles a white-and-blue one-piece swimsuit, with gold armbands and headband. Sibyline wields a scepter that suggests a snake naja.
